For this project we were instructed to design and build a two storey extension to the side of a property in Surrey. This was built from the slab and damp course level within 3 days of being on site. We then installed a breather membrane and insulation board to the outside in order for it to receive a brick finish to the walls and a tiled roof. Internally we insulated and boarded throughout, with a skim plaster finish.
